The Turner Grand Concert features a smaller body & waist and also a shallower depth than say a standard Dreadnought shape. Players often comment on how comfortable an instrument it is to play - whether in a studio on stage or simply seated. Excellent and defined treble tone incorprating smooth bass with great sustain the Turner Grand Concert offers just the right amount of punch and volume whilst still remaining 'open' sounding.
Featured here is the Turner 32 CE utilizing quality tonewoods in this case a solid spruce top paired with mahogany back and sides. Mahogany offers amazing mid range frequencies and is a well balanced tonewood with cool overtones.
From custom hand scalloped bracing to stylish body binding and concentric-ring rosettes - the Turner 30 series are quality instruments. Offset pearl fret markers and custom solid rosewood bridge complete the asthetics, and when paired with a state-of-the-art onboard electronic system utilising the Fishman Isys+ system (including an in built guitar tuner) a true acoustic tone will be delivered either in the studio or playing live, simply unplugged these guitars sound great!
We really cry out loud the ‘Turner’ range at the studio as well as having great fun watching expensive branded guitars used by artists being put away in favour of the Turners we use in the studio”. Models used include: Turner 40CE 12 string, Turner RB20, & Turner 84CE Jonathan- Jonathan Taylor (1965 - 2013)
