Since the 1930's Jumbo guitars have been making themselves heard. Turner Jumbo's are great for strummers who appreciate sheer projection that is without doubt 'loud' but also refined enough to maintain the full depth of a dreadnought combined with the extra bass created by the larger size of the guitars 430mm lower bout.
Featured here is the Turner 35 CE utilizing quality tonewoods in this case a solid spruce top paired with mahogany back and sides. Mahogany offers amazing mid range frequencies and is a well balanced tonewood with cool overtones.
From custom hand scalloped bracing to stylish body binding and concentric-ring rosettes - the Turner 30 series are quality instruments. Offset pearl fret markers and custom solid rosewood bridge complete the asthetics, and when paired with a state-of-the-art onboard electronic system utilising the Fishman Isys+ system (including an in built guitar tuner) a true acoustic tone will be delivered either in the studio or playing live, simply unplugged these guitars sound great!
The Turner 65 Jumbo guitar is great - really nice! It has a beautiful flame on the back and sides, The Build and Sound quality are defiantly comparable to much more expensive guitars with components as standard perhaps expected to be found on real high end instruments.- Thomas Govier
