Overview

We offer a 30 day return window on any Turner Guitars product ordered through our online retail portal. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging. In the very rare cases where an item is faulty (or you simply don’t get on with your chosen guitar!) we will always do our best to provide a suitable replacement item or offer a full refund where a solution cannot be found. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method as soon as your returned item has been inspected. Please note that any alterations to the truss rod, fret or bridge levels, alterations to the nut or any other setup tweaks will invalidate your right of return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning a guitar, we strongly advise that you purchase shipping insurance (please make sure that your chosen provider covers musical instruments as many don’t). We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is not insured and will not provide refunds on guitars or cases which are lost in the post or damaged in return transit.
